FINAL THOUGHTS: Forwarding | | | One of the first things all your moving expert friends will remind you is to change your address with the Post Office. So, all your mail can be forwarded to the new place. That we did; and, we find that we missed a few senders with direct notices. Somehow, though, when I did that online, I signed up for a daily notice of what mail will be delivered that day. And packages as well. We used to have a locked box as part of a "pedestal" of neighbor boxes. With a typical unsecure, roadside rural mailbox, this daily email might relieve some angst about lost or missing mail.
I also wanted to let you know about a new forwarding email for the guide. Our new address is guide@baylakesbsa.org. Like our "snail" mail, your messages will be forwarded to me for response. And, unlike our "snail" mail, it is secure and helps keep our communications flowing uninterrupted. So, give it a try. Click on the link to open your email program, or cut and paste the address to send me a note. Tell us how we're doing. Tell us what's going on in your corner of the Scouting world. Or, even tell us a "dad" joke since that seems to occupy more than a few of my friends these days. Besides, we always want to hear from you. And, let us hope that none of us will need an "ark" to get through these very most days. See you on the trail!
